Your consent

Collection of information

UAB “Sprendimų partneriai” complies with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania. The following customer information is collected by the Water Ionizers newsletter subscription, the Marketing Department, the website https://akvator.eu/.

We collect data about our customers through:

  • registration forms,
  • when you buy our goods or receive our services,
  • when you provide data about yourself online, by phone or otherwise.

Data that may be collected for the purposes of providing services:

  • Name, surname, address, email address, phone number for delivery purposes.
  • For the purpose of the job offer – name, surname, email address, CV.

The customer’s name, surname and email address are processed for direct marketing purposes.

If you visit our websites, we also collect information that reveals patterns of use of our services or automatically generated visit statistics.

We may use your IP address to administer our website and to diagnose potential problems.

Use of personal information

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • handling bookings, registrations and enquiries,
  • providing the services you have requested – managing access to services, sending newsletters,
  • sending you information about the goods and services we provide (if you have given your consent to receive such information),

We also use aggregated personal data about you (so that it is not possible to identify a specific user by name):

  • in partnership with advertising agencies,

Direct marketing

We try to be the first to inform our customers about information that may be of interest to them: special offers, news and services from Water Ionizers.

The email address or telephone number you provide may be used for direct marketing purposes on the basis of your consent when ordering services, goods and/or legitimate interest of Water Ionizers, only if you have not opted out of receiving offers from Water Ionizers.

Information retention periods

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this privacy policy. For the purpose of ordering goods and direct marketing, data will be retained for a maximum of 3 years, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Notwithstanding the above retention periods, we have the right to retain your Personal Data on the server for as long as necessary if the data you have provided us with has been (i) used in the commission of an unlawful act, or (ii) suspected to be the subject of identity theft or any other offence which has been or will be under investigation by the relevant law enforcement authorities, (iii) if we have received a complaint in relation to the relevant customer or if we have observed a violation of the Terms by the relevant customer, or (iv) if we have other legitimate purposes for retaining Personal Data. Such data shall be destroyed upon lawful instructions from law enforcement or other authorised authorities.

Your rights

You have the right to access your Personal Data upon presentation of a document confirming your identity (a passport, identity card, driving licence of a citizen of the Republic of Lithuania must be presented to confirm your identity). In order to find out what Personal Data we have collected or received and from what sources, for what purposes it is processed, to which recipients it is provided and has been provided for at least the last 1 (one) year, or whether all of your Personal Data is complete and correct, you must contact us in advance from the email address provided to us. Upon receipt of such an enquiry from you, we will respond as to whether the Personal Data relating to you is being processed and will provide the requested data no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. Data shall be provided free of charge under this clause once per calendar year.

You also have the right to:

  • request the rectification of your personal data where it is inaccurate and/or incomplete;
  • request to restrict the processing of your personal data until we have verified the accuracy of the data. In this case, you will not be able to purchase our goods and/or services during the period of restriction of processing;
  • request to receive your personal data processed by us in a structured, commonly used and computer-readable format. Data shall be provided free of charge under this clause once per calendar year.
  • by submitting a request to us in writing, by e-mail or by telephone, to object to the processing of your personal data and to request the cancellation of your Account or the suspension of the processing of your Personal Data where Personal Data is processed in a manner that does not comply with the provisions of the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data and other laws, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy,
  • by immediately expressing your opposition or by providing a subsequent notice to object to the processing of your Personal Data for Direct Marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to receive our promotional communications, you can opt-out by following the unsubscribe procedure at the bottom of each email.

Any request or instruction relating to the processing of Personal Data must be made to us in writing in one of the following ways:

  • by delivering such request or instruction directly to us at Pušaloto g. 76, Panevėžys, LT – 35135.
  • by sending such a request or instruction to the following email address [email protected] from the email address you previously provided to us.

Upon receipt of such a request or instruction from you, we will provide a response within no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days and we will carry out or refuse to carry out the actions specified in the request. Upon your request, the reply will be provided in writing.

If you believe that the way we process your personal data does not comply with applicable law, you have the right to contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate (https://vdai.lrv.lt/en/).
